Please note tickets older than 12 months are no longer Valid.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. In order to travel a physical ticket must be handed over when boarding the vessel. We will meet our obligations under the consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy if there is a error on behalf of Waiheke Shipping.
